Lease Details

• Max Occupancy: 8 guests.
• Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles.
• Note: Professional snow removal for community roads is included.

How Our Ski Leases Work:

• Utilities: Electricity and gas utilities will be transferred into the lease-signer’s name for the duration of the term.
• Tenant Responsibilities: In addition to monthly rent, tenants are responsible for the initial security deposit, processing fee, and firewood (if utilizing the fireplace or there is one).
• Pre-Paid Services: Monthly water, and cable/internet/phone services are fixed and pre-paid to the owner 30 days prior to occupancy. (Note: Unlike single-family homes, snow removal and trash management are handled by the condo HOA).
• Payment Schedule: The Security Deposit and $100 Processing Fee are due upon booking. Half of the total rental amount is due 60 days prior to occupancy, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior.
• Check-out: Housekeeping fees, professional carpet cleaning, and any property damages will be deducted from the Security Deposit upon departure.
• Policies: All properties are strictly non-smoking.
