Situated in the highly desirable Dollar Point community of Tahoe City, you are just a short drive from world-class skiing, snowboarding, and winter recreation at Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw Valley / Alpine Meadows) and Northstar California.
How Our Ski Leases Work:
- Utilities: Electricity and gas utilities will be transferred into the lease-signer’s name for the duration of the term.
- Tenant Responsibilities: In addition to monthly rent, tenants are responsible for the initial security deposit, processing fee, and firewood (if utilizing the fireplace or there is one).
- Pre-Paid Services: Monthly water, trash, snow removal, cable/internet/phone services, and hot tub services (if there is a hot tub at the property) are fixed, non-negotiable, and pre-paid to the owner 30 days prior to occupancy.
- Payment Schedule: The Security Deposit and $100 Processing Fee are due upon booking. Half of the total rental amount is due 60 days prior to occupancy, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior.
- Check-out: Housekeeping fees, professional carpet cleaning, and any property damages will be deducted from the Security Deposit upon departure.
- Policies: All properties are strictly non-smoking.
