Prestigious Dollar Point ski lease home features lake and mountain views. The upper level of this home has new Granite Kitchen Counters and Breakfast Bar, Vaulted Ceilings throughout, River Rock Wood Burning Fireplace and Large Air-Lock Entry Storage Room (great for ski/snowboard equipment/bikes). Firewood is provided. There are 3 TV’s including one 55 inches! The Family Room converts to the fifth bedroom via a Murphy bed. This all-purpose room has couches and table/chairs for games or relaxing to watch a movie on the TV. Enjoy access from this room to the split-level deck that faces the lake. There is also a bedroom off of the kitchen area with a queen size bed and full bath. Downstairs on the mid-level are two more bedrooms, one has a queen-size bed and the other room is a “bunk room” with a bunk bed and a twin with a trundle bed.  These two rooms share a bathroom on this floor.  Also downstairs on a third level is a newly added multi-purpose room with attached full bath, and paver patio leading to the Hot Tub. This room can be a great playroom by day, and converts for sleeping at night utilizing a brand new luxury (hotel quality) convertible couch. The wooded mountain setting and a glimpse of the lake make this the perfect winter or summer retreat. In the summer the multi-level decks are just the spot for relaxing on the patio furniture or BBQ-ing with your group.  There is Wifi, I-Pod Docking station, cable and level winter access with plow service.  This family rental home is located just 2 miles from downtown Tahoe City for fine dining, shopping and entertainment, during the winter months you will also enjoy that this Dollar Point Ski lease is in close proximity to the North Shore Ski Areas including Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley USA, Northstar and Homewood Mountain.  The Tahoe Nordic Center is just up the street so you can enjoy an afternoon of cross-country skiing.

 

Here’s some info on how our ski leases work:

The electricity and gas (if any) are transferred into the lease-signer’s name for the duration of the lease.

In addition to the monthly lease rate, the tenant is responsible for: The initial Security Deposit, firewood, if the rental has a wood burning fireplace.  There is also $100 processing fee.

Monthly water, trash (at homes, but not at condos), snow removal (at homes, but not at condos), hot tub services (if applicable), cable/internet/phone service (this is not negotiable) and are pre-paid to the owner 30 days prior to occupancy.

The Security Deposit and the Processing Fee are due upon booking.  Half of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to occupancy, and the balance is due 30 days prior.

Housekeeping fees, carpet cleaning and any damages to the property will be deducted from the Security Deposit upon check-out.

All properties are non-smoking.
