This spacious Dollar Point home offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, lots of space for entertaining. There is a spacious living, dining and kitchen area on the upper level you can even see a peak of the Lake! There are 4 bedrooms on the lower split level, the master with a King bed a large private bathroom, a guest room with twin bunks and another guest room with a king and another guest room with a queen. There is a shared bathroom on this level as well. The 5th bedroom offers a queen bed, a home office space as well as a full private bathroom. The sunny deck is the perfect spot to enjoy the summer sun or an evening BBQ with family or friends. Close to Tahoe City, shopping, dining and much more! Close to hiking trails, ski resorts, and the lake.
Here’s some info on how our ski leases work:
The electricity and gas (if any) are transferred into the lease-signer’s name for the duration of the lease.
In addition to the monthly lease rate, the tenant is responsible for: The initial Security Deposit, firewood, if the rental has a wood burning fireplace. There is also $100 processing fee.
Monthly water, trash (at homes, but not at condos), snow removal (at homes, but not at condos), hot tub services (if applicable), cable/internet/phone service (this is not negotiable) and are pre-paid to the owner 30 days prior to occupancy.
The Security Deposit and the Processing Fee are due upon booking. Half of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to occupancy, and the balance is due 30 days prior.
Housekeeping fees, carpet cleaning and any damages to the property will be deducted from the Security Deposit upon check-out.
All properties are non-smoking.
