This beautifully decorated Lake Tahoe vacation home is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to the Dollar Point/upper Lake Forest area, just minutes from downtown Tahoe City for all your grocery, dining, shopping, and entertaining needs.
Upon entering this split-level home, head upstairs to find a bright, sunny living room featuring a striking river-rock gas fireplace—the perfect spot to cozy up on the couch and unwind after a long day on the slopes. The living area opens to a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area, with sliding glass doors that lead out to an upper deck offering a peek of serene Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains.
The expansive primary suite sits at the very top of the stairs, combining two rooms into one massive retreat complete with a sitting area, a King-size bed, and a large full Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with the common living area. Downstairs, you will find two additional spacious guest bedrooms, each featuring a King bed, which share a second full bathroom on the lower level.
Access to the two-car garage is also located on the lower floor, providing plenty of secure room to park and store all your ski/snowboard equipment and winter gear. For winter activities, you are centrally located and just a short drive to world-class skiing at Palisades Tahoe (Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows) and cross-country trails at the Tahoe Nordic Center. Pets are welcome, so feel free to bring your dogs along!
All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens (most do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns), a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and all linens and towels.
How Our Ski Leases Work:
- Utilities: Electricity and gas utilities will be transferred into the lease-signer’s name for the duration of the term.
- Tenant Responsibilities: In addition to monthly rent, tenants are responsible for the initial security deposit, processing fee, and firewood (if utilizing the fireplace or there is one).
- Pre-Paid Services: Monthly water, trash, snow removal, cable/internet/phone services, and hot tub services (if there is a hot tub at the property) are fixed, non-negotiable, and pre-paid to the owner 30 days prior to occupancy.
- Payment Schedule: The Security Deposit and $100 Processing Fee are due upon booking. Half of the total rental amount is due 60 days prior to occupancy, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior.
- Check-out: Housekeeping fees, professional carpet cleaning, and any property damages will be deducted from the Security Deposit upon departure.
- Policies: All properties are strictly non-smoking.
