Perfect for your seasonal getaway, this welcoming home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to eight guests—and your well-mannered pet is welcome to join the winter fun!
A large garage/shed provides ample space to securely store all of your ski, snowboard, and winter outdoor equipment. Inside, you’ll be greeted by an inviting living area boasting high, whitewashed ceilings, cozy furnishings, and a stone gas-burning fireplace—the perfect spot to warm up after a day on the slopes. Just off the living area is a well-equipped kitchen and a simple dining space.
Sleeping Arrangements & Layout:

Main Floor Master: Located at the back of the house, featuring a Queen-size bed, large closet, its own full bathroom, and access to the garage. French doors open out to the backyard, where there is plenty of room for playing in the snow.

Loft Bedroom: Accessible via the stairs by the main floor’s second full bath, offering a cozy space with a double-size bed.

Upper Guest Rooms: A second set of stairs leads to two additional airy bedrooms—one with two Twin beds, and the other with a Queen-size bed.
The home comes equipped with Wi-Fi to keep you connected. For convenient winter recreation, you are located right on the shuttle route to the backside of Alpine Meadows. Homewood Mountain is just minutes down the road, and a short drive will place you right at Alpine Meadows or Palisades Tahoe (Squaw Valley). You’ll also enjoy close proximity to local favorites like Sunnyside Resort, Firesign Cafe, and the local market.
How Our Ski Leases Work:
- Utilities: Electricity and gas utilities will be transferred into the lease-signer’s name for the duration of the term.
- Tenant Responsibilities: In addition to monthly rent, tenants are responsible for the initial security deposit, processing fee, and firewood (if utilizing the fireplace or there is one).
- Pre-Paid Services: Monthly water, trash, snow removal, cable/internet/phone services, and hot tub services (if there is a hot tub at the property) are fixed, non-negotiable, and pre-paid to the owner 30 days prior to occupancy.
- Payment Schedule: The Security Deposit and $100 Processing Fee are due upon booking. Half of the total rental amount is due 60 days prior to occupancy, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior.
- Check-out: Housekeeping fees, professional carpet cleaning, and any property damages will be deducted from the Security Deposit upon departure.
- Policies: All properties are strictly non-smoking.
