This is a three-bedroom, two-bath Rocky Ridge ski lease featuring lovely winter views of Lake Tahoe. When you enter the unit, you are greeted by a convenient mudroom closet with plenty of space for all of your ski and snowboard gear. Just down the hall is the first guest room, equipped with two twin-size beds. A full bathroom and a dedicated laundry area sit between this room and the second guest bedroom, which is remarkably spacious and features a king-size bed along with a small private deck looking out toward the lake.
Heading upstairs, you will find a fully equipped kitchen ready for all your cooking needs, opening up to the dining and living areas. The living room offers a warm, cozy mountain ambiance centered around a beautiful wood-burning fireplace with a classic rock surround—the perfect spot to relax after a day on the slopes while enjoying lake views from the adjacent upper deck. The master bedroom is located just off the kitchen, featuring a king-size bed and its own private full bathroom. The property is equipped with electric heat and wireless internet.
Rocky Ridge is an exclusive gated community encompassing 60 acres surrounded by pristine State Forest Land, offering snow-covered hiking and snowshoeing trails just steps from your door. Winter amenities within the development include a relaxing spa/hot tub that is kept open all winter long. The development is also ideally located close to everything Tahoe City has to offer, including local dining, shopping, and quick access to world-class ski resorts.
How Our Ski Leases Work:
- Utilities: Electricity and gas utilities will be transferred into the lease-signer’s name for the duration of the term.
- Tenant Responsibilities: In addition to monthly rent, tenants are responsible for the initial security deposit, processing fee, and firewood (if utilizing the fireplace or there is one).
- Pre-Paid Services: Monthly water, and cable/internet/phone services are fixed and pre-paid to the owner 30 days prior to occupancy. (Note: Unlike single-family homes, snow removal and trash management are handled by the condo HOA).
- Payment Schedule: The Security Deposit and $100 Processing Fee are due upon booking. Half of the total rental amount is due 60 days prior to occupancy, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior.
- Check-out: Housekeeping fees, professional carpet cleaning, and any property damages will be deducted from the Security Deposit upon departure.
- Policies: All properties are strictly non-smoking.
