This is a three-bedroom, two-bath Rocky Ridge Ski lease with lovely views of the lake. When you enter the unit, there is a closet for all of your winter or summer gear. Just down the hall is the first of two guest rooms with two twin-size beds. There is a bathroom between the two guest rooms, along with the laundry area. The second guest bedroom is huge with a king-size bed. There is a small deck through a sliding glass door with a view of Lake Tahoe. Heading up the stairs, you will find the kitchen that is well equipped for your cooking needs. The dining room and living room are next to the kitchen area. The living room is comfortable with a wood-burning fireplace in a rock surround, not to mention the views of the lake that can be seen from the deck off of the living room area. There is Wifi. The master bedroom is located off the kitchen, it has a king-size bed and its own full bathroom. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas ( one of which is open all winter long), tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach with pier, buoys, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan.
This unit has Electric heat, no gas.

The electricity and gas (if any) are transferred into the lease-signer’s name for the duration of the lease.
In addition to the monthly lease rate, the tenant is responsible for: The initial Security Deposit, firewood, if the rental has a wood burning fireplace. There is also $100 processing fee.
Monthly water, trash (at homes, but not at condos), snow removal (at homes, but not at condos), hot tub services (if applicable), cable/internet/phone service (this is not negotiable) and are pre-paid to the owner 30 days prior to occupancy.
The Security Deposit and the Processing Fee are due upon booking. Half of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to occupancy, and the balance is due 30 days prior.
Housekeeping fees, carpet cleaning and any damages to the property will be deducted from the Security Deposit upon check-out.
