This is a lovely three-bedroom, two-bath Rocky Ridge Ski Lease featuring breathtaking views of the lake and a very private, end-unit forest setting. Enjoy spectacular panoramic views looking toward Lake Tahoe’s South and West Shore, including Mount Tallac and Rubicon Peak in the background.
When you enter the unit, there is a convenient closet for all of your winter gear. Just down the hall is the first of two guest rooms, equipped with two Twin-size beds. A full bathroom sits between the two guest rooms along with the laundry area. The second guest bedroom is remarkably spacious, featuring a King-size bed and a small deck through sliding glass doors that showcase a panoramic view of Lake Tahoe.
Heading up the stairs, you will find a kitchen well-equipped for all your cooking needs, which opens up to the dining and living room areas. The living room offers a comfortable retreat, complete with a cozy wood-burning fireplace in a beautiful rock surround, not to mention the incredible lake views that can be enjoyed from the attached deck. Wifi is included. The master bedroom is located just off the kitchen, featuring a King-size bed and its own private, full bathroom.
The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on snow-covered trails just steps away. Winter amenities include access to a community spa that stays open all winter long. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, and fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open, two-story floor plan.
How Our Ski Leases Work:
- Utilities: Electricity and gas utilities will be transferred into the lease-signer’s name for the duration of the term.
- Tenant Responsibilities: In addition to monthly rent, tenants are responsible for the initial security deposit, processing fee, and firewood (if utilizing the fireplace or there is one).
- Pre-Paid Services: Monthly water, and cable/internet/phone services are fixed and pre-paid to the owner 30 days prior to occupancy. (Note: Unlike single-family homes, snow removal and trash management are handled by the condo HOA).
- Payment Schedule: The Security Deposit and $100 Processing Fee are due upon booking. Half of the total rental amount is due 60 days prior to occupancy, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior.
- Check-out: Housekeeping fees, professional carpet cleaning, and any property damages will be deducted from the Security Deposit upon departure.
- Policies: All properties are strictly non-smoking.
