Bed & Bath Configuration

• Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable Queen bed and its own large, private en-suite bathroom.

• Guest Bedroom 1: Outfitted with two Twin beds.

• Guest Bedroom 2: Outfitted with two Twin beds.

• Guest Bathroom: A full common bathroom located just down the hallway to serve both guest rooms.

Winter Amenities & Location

Stay connected throughout the season with reliable in-unit Wi-Fi. Best of all, the Homeowner Association’s indoor hot tub is open during the winter months, offering the perfect place to soak and rejuvenate sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Located in Tahoe City, you are just a short, convenient drive away from world-class skiing and riding at Alpine Meadows and Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw Valley USA).

How Our Ski Leases Work:

• Utilities: Electricity and gas utilities will be transferred into the lease-signer’s name for the duration of the term.

• Tenant Responsibilities: In addition to monthly rent, tenants are responsible for the initial security deposit, processing fee, and firewood (if utilizing the fireplace).

• Pre-Paid Services: Monthly water, trash, cable/internet/phone services, and winter hot tub services are fixed, non-negotiable, and pre-paid to the owner 30 days prior to occupancy. (Note: Unlike single-family homes, snow removal and trash management are handled by the condo HOA).

• Payment Schedule: The Security Deposit and $100 Processing Fee are due upon booking. Half of the total rental amount is due 60 days prior to occupancy, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior.

• Check-out: Housekeeping fees, professional carpet cleaning, and any property damages will be deducted from the Security Deposit upon departure.

• Policies: All properties are strictly non-smoking.
