Comfortable bottom-floor ski lease end unit at St. Francis Lakeside condominiums. The open floor plan, featuring a kitchen, dining area, and living room that flow together, makes this unit an ideal space for entertaining. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking needs. After a day at the slopes, cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace. The two guest bedrooms each have two Twin beds. They share a common bathroom just down the hallway. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and its own large private bathroom. There is also wifi access in the unit for your communication needs. The Homeowner Association’s indoor hot tub is open during the winter months. It is located on the lake adjacent to a public boat launch. Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley USA are a convenient drive down the road.
Here’s some info on how our ski leases work:
The electricity and gas (if any) are transferred into the lease-signer’s name for the duration of the lease.
In addition to the monthly lease rate, the tenant is responsible for: The initial Security Deposit, firewood, if the rental has a wood burning fireplace. There is also $100 processing fee.
Monthly water, trash (at homes, but not at condos), snow removal (at homes, but not at condos), hot tub services (if applicable), cable/internet/phone service (this is not negotiable) and are pre-paid to the owner 30 days prior to occupancy.
The Security Deposit and the Processing Fee are due upon booking. Half of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to occupancy, and the balance is due 30 days prior.
Housekeeping fees, carpet cleaning and any damages to the property will be deducted from the Security Deposit upon check-out.
All properties are non-smoking.
