This is a large well kept condo with 2150 sf of space. It includes a master suite with den, 2 guest bedrooms, bonus room, living room with fireplace, dining room, family room and breakfast nook off the kitchen, 2.5 baths. Cable and Wifi are available for ease of communication while in the woods. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach, annex located just down the road with parking and pier, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

*Forest View pool is being re-coated in Spring 2026, which may affect the opening date. No refunds will be given.

couldn't find unit easily and our dog shocked by bear mat 4 times

"We arrived in the dark in pouring rain and though Rocky Ridge complex is small, I had to get out of car and get drenched to find the unit on foot. Please add "turn left on first road, then count 4th building on right to find unit #75. PLEASE put first in BOLD letters: electrified BEAR MAT is on. My poor dog got zapped 4 times before we realized what was going on. Everyother time I stayed in Tahoe, I was told with entry instructions that bear mat was on. I was VERY upset by this.

"This is a great cabin to stay for a week in the summer! There are two pools in walking distance, plus some awesome hiking trails just a few hundred feet away! And the private beach is a total bonus, complete with kitchen and grills right by the water! Cabin is super comfortable with everything you need for a great stay! Thank you for letting us enjoy it!

"Nice property, great location, access to the beach club was terrific. The house was spacious, and nice for our family of 5 to spread out comfortably. It is a little dated but clean. The DVD player doesn't work, but everything else was great.

"We arrived and didn’t expect what we found in our suburban during unloading our vehicle.Very scary and wish we were warned about the bears. Couldn’t sleep at all that night was having very bad anxiety in the pit of my stomach and was worried for my family. We stayed in Tahoe before many times, but didn’t experience this, just wished we were warned. After that it was a very relaxing place different environment and quiet. The home was cleaned and everything needed was there. Just beware of the bears.

"We had a fantastic time at this home! The kitchen is very well stocked and there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of extra pillows and blankets available if needed. The grounds are gorgeous, nice playground for the kids as well as tennis and pickle ball courts. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Rocky Ridge #75 Ski week

"Our trip included my girlfriend, myself, 6 children and our dog. The place was fantastic and large enough for everyone to have their own space. It provided a great view of the lake and the home was very comfortable. The hot tub came in handy after a couple of days of skiiing. My only concern would be trying to get up that road after a snowstorm but it was 60 degrees. I highly recommend this place.

"Generally quite satisfied with the rental. Carbon Monoxide alarm went off in the middle of the night due to batteries not being changed. Master bed was not comfortable. Supplies such as trash bags and TP for a couple of days would be nice.
